Reception [Understanding Customer Expectation]
In order to deliver highest level of satisfaction,we must start with understanding customer expectations and customer concerns. If not done right in the beginning, the entire process may fall apart leading to dissatisfaction as a final outcome.Our endeavour is to capture all customer needs in terms of repair quality, time and cost

Walk Around, Road Test & Diagnosis
As a process, our advisors and technicians are trained to evaluate customer voice and actual condition/concern of the bike. This helps us in filtering out required jobs from unwanted jobs leading to better estimation of cost and time.If in diagnosis, it is found that further detailed diagnosis is required to be done, we request customer approval to take it to our workshop for further detailed diagnosis. We provide free Pick & Drop service in such cases

Estimation [Time & Cost]
During this process a specially designed job card is used to capture all customer and bike details. Based on captured details and agreed upon jobs by the customer, estimate is provided to customer. Upon Approval by customer, repairing is initiated.

Repairing
We have defined standard operations to be carried out by our technicians to take utmost care of your loved bike while performing repair.In case of part replacement, old parts will be shown to customer and new parts will be changed in customer presence

Identification of additional vehicle needs [If any] & Customer Approvals
If during the repairing process, any additional job is identified, it will be communicated to customer. We will be sharing our recommendations for the same.After discussion with customer, revised estimate will be shared to maintain transparency and approvals will be taken.Repairing process will be carried upon and completed after customer confirmation

Final Inspection
On completion of Repairs, final joint road test will be taken by technician and customer. Once confirmed by the customer about completion of all customer needs, heads up will be given to billing team for invoicing

Delivery [Washing, Invoicing]
Washing and Invoicing will be happening parallely to save upon customer time. After invoicing, advisor/technician will capture average bike running on daily basis so that Next Service Due reminder can be punched in system. After delivery, in case of any concern, kindly reach out to 9650062829 and 9650400129, so that immediate actions can be taken. Our endeavour is to create an impression on you with our services. You can book an appointment by 2 ways:-
1. You simply need to fill an appointment form available on website. We will be contacting you back once we receive your details.
2. You can directly call on given numbers[ XXXXX-XXXXX] to save upon time
Depending on the availability of technicians and free slot, it can be done on same day. In case, if it is an emergency requirement we will be
allocating our resources on priority. Normally, weekends are busy and may lead to higher waiting periods. We recommend you to book your slots in
advance for peace of mind.
Yes, you will be provided with GST bill for your repairs. You need to provide your GST details in advance so that we can feed details into our system
and you can have smooth invoicing and delivery experience.
We calculate next due date for service on 2 parameters:-
1. Average Daily running
2. Time Interval from last service if average daily running is low.
We provide repair warranty upto 500 KM running and 15 days interval from the date of service.
Every technician coming for Doorstep service or Pick up is our on-roll technician. We put in huge amounts of efforts in training our technicians. If in
case, something goes not as per your expectations, we will be the first one to own the responsibility. We don’t align with the concept of operating on
Cut/Commision basis as that model does not lead to customer satisfaction due to low ownership of contract technicians.
Payments can be done by all modes i.e.Cash, Debit Cards, Credit cards, UPI. Most opted and most convenient option in today’s scenario is UPI,
We share UPI scan code which can be used by any of the UPI apps to complete payment

Yes, washing is done. We do Eco-wash/Dry wash at doorstep as it consumes very less water. We use high quality dry
wash material which removes dust and oil stains from your bike. As it is a dry wash, wheel areas may not be as clean as
done with water washing.
